Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a partner, advocate and coach, not just an inspector. The right person is comfortable walking a job site, talking with operators and foremen, challenging unsafe practices when necessary, and then working with the team to create a better process.
You should be someone who can take a growing construction company and help create the systems, training, documentation, and accountability structure needed to support safe operations across multiple states.
This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction safety professional who wants to have a meaningful impact on both field operations and the overall safety culture of an established earthwork company.
